MADONNA ACCUSED OF PLAGIARISM

It's has been claimed Madonna's latest single has been plagiarized from a track by a Brazilian musician.

Brazilian musician, Joao Brasil has claimed the chorus of Give Me All Your Luvin', which Madonna performs with Nicki Minaj and M.I.A., is a copy of his own tune L.O.V.E. Banana. Brasil’s record company executives and legal team are now weighing whether to take court action.

Brasil claims to be a staunch Madonna fan saying she is his heroine "I still don't understand what happened. I'm a huge fan of hers. If it's plagiarism, then even better" and is adamant that he doesn't want to sue her. Brasil said personally I don't want to do anything. The last thing I need in my life is a fight with Madonna.

KOBE BRYANT AND VANESSA RECONCILING... WITH THEIR MOUTHS

Another come-from-behind victory for Kobe Bryant ... sucking face and possibly reconciling with the woman who has now taken all of his homes .... Vanessa Bryant.

NAS OOPS, I MADE A $339K MISTAKE

Nas is great at a lot of things ... rapping, feuding ... but paying taxes isn't one of them ... and now he's on the hook for another $339,000 he allegedly kept from Uncle Sam.

According to official documents obtained by TMZ, Nas never forked over $339,005.49 in federal income tax he owed for 2010 ... and now the U.S. government has obtained a lien on his property.

Being a tax scofflaw is nothing new for Nas ... according to public records, dude is also on the hook for more than $6 MILLION DOLLARS in back taxes from previous years.

We called Nas for comment -- so far, no response.

WHITNEY HOUSTON LOUNGING POOLSIDE DAYS BEFORE HER DEATH

Just three days before her untimely death, Whitney Houston was photographed relaxing poolside at the Beverly Hilton on Wednesday.

While you can see a beverage of some sort at Houston's side, it is unclear if it contained alcohol. As we previously reported, Whitney had been seen partying at the Hilton in the days leading up to her death on Saturday.

Authorities have told family members Whitney may have suffered a fatal reaction from mixing drugs and alcohol.

WHITNEY HOUSTON HAD PREMONITION ABOUT DEATH

Whitney Houston told friends she "really wanted to see Jesus" in the days before her death ... and claimed she had a feeling the end was near for her ... this according to several of Whitney's friends.

TMZ has learned ... Whitney had been very spiritual in her final days ... quoting the bible, singing hymns and engaging in intense conversations about Jesus Christ and the afterlife with her close friends and family members.

We're told .... on Friday , one day after she performed, "Yes Jesus Loves Me" at Tru nightclub in Hollywood, Whitney told one of her friends, "I'm gonna go see Jesus ... I want to see Jesus."

The next morning, hours before her death, Whitney was discussing a bible passage involving John the Baptist and Jesus ... when Houston flashed a big smile and remarked, "You know, he's so cool ... I really want to see that Jesus."

Another source tells us ... Whitney had been telling friends she "felt like her time was coming" ... and wanted to make sure she spent her time praising her lord and savior whenever she could.

Unfortunately, Whitney's premonition came true.

WHITNEY HOUSTON HOTEL DEATH ROOM ALREADY RE-OCCUPIED

It's only been 3 days since Whitney Houston died in room 434 at the Beverly Hilton hotel ... but TMZ has learned ... the room has already been RE-OCCUPIED.

A hotel reservations agent tells TMZ, room 434 is officially back in rotation -- and someone is staying in it right now.

According to the rep, the room has become a prize for the macabre-obsessed -- we're told the agents are getting flooded with requests for the death room.

But don't count on getting in there any time soon ... we're told the room -- which rents for no less than $375/night -- is booked for the "foreseeable future."  The rep wouldn't give the next available date.

Update
The Beverly Hilton's publicist is now saying Whitney's room is not available yet -- which is a different story than a reservations agent and the Executive assistant to the manager told us. They both said the room is being rented out and is currently occupied.

TYLER PERRY'S PRIVATE JET TRANSPORTS WHITNEY HOUSTON'S BODY TO HOME STATE

Actor and producer Tyler PerryTyler Perry offered his private plane to carry the body of deceased pop legend Whitney Houston back to her home state of New Jersey. Her funeral will be held this Saturday.

Whitney Houston, 48, was found dead Saturday afternoon in her hotel room at the Beverly Hilton hotel in Beverly Hills on the eve of the 54th annual Grammy Awards. The news of her untimely death shocked her friends, family and her fans who gathered outside the hotel premises.

The deceased pop singer’s body was transported back to her home state of New Jersey, in preparation for a funeral service to be held Saturday, on a private jet provided by Tyler Perry.

According to reports, Tyler Perry was in the City of Angels promoting the release of his upcoming film “Good Deeds,” when he learnt of Whitney Houston’s death. The legendary film maker offered up his private plane to the Houston family shortly thereafter.

The plane, a Gulfstream Aerospace G-IV aircraft, took off from Van Nuys Airport Monday, after the Los Angeles County coroner’s office released Whitney Houston’s body to her family. The singer's body arrived Monday night at Teterboro Airport where a hearse transported the body to a funeral home in Newark, Houston's birthplace.

It has been reported that a funeral service for Whitney Houston will be held at noon at the New Hope Baptist Church in Newark, New Jersey where the pop icon showcased her singing talent as a young girl.

According to the owner of the Whigham Funeral Home, which is handling the funeral details for the family, no wake would be held and that there would be no public memorial at Newark's Prudential Center.

After an autopsy Sunday, authorities said there were no indications of foul play surrounding the unfortunate death of Whitney Houston. It was revealed on Monday that the cause of the singer’s death was likely an accidental overdose on prescription medication. However, the complete toxicology reports will not be available for several more weeks.

An impromptu memorial for Whitney Houston was held Sunday during the Grammy Awards show, with Jennifer HudsonJennifer Hudson paying tribute to the legendary singer with a performance of her hit song, "I Will Always Love You."

Meanwhile, “Madea’s Big Happy Family” star Tyler Perry is as well known for his philanthropic spirit. In 2009, the famed director treated a group of happy summer campers in Philadelphia to a trip to Walt Disney World.
