JESSICA ALBA'S CASUAL POST-MET NYC STROLL

After a glamorous night at the MET gala, Jessica Alba went for a more relaxed look while out and about in New York City on Tuesday (May 8).

The "Sin City" star kept busy checking her phone while making her way through the city wearing chunky black boots with leggins, a flower print skirt, green military jacket and accessorized her look with a dark scarf, sunglasses and a white over-the-shoulder purse.

Jessica transformed into a golden goddess last night when she stepped out for the Costume Institute Gala at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in a liquid gold dress by Michael Kors.

It seems the 31-year-old was shining even after the extravagant event, as she tweeted a picture with her pals, adding, "Having a GD time at #pradaafterparty #metball2012"
Check out the pictures from last night of Miss Alba on the MET red carpet.

BEHIND THE SCENES EXPOSURE WITH LADY GAGA

New photos of Lady Gaga were released on Tuesday (May 8) that show the pop superstar in a more intimate setting and give her little monsters an opportunity to see her life behind the stage.

The Mother Monster was recently photographed by controversial celebrity photographer Terry Robinson who shot the 26-year-old in different settings including a performance stage as well as getting ready for a big show.

BEASTIE BOYS GET HIT WITH 'TROUBLE FUNK' LAWSUIT

Lawsuits are something that the entertainment world is no stranger to and now The Beastie Boys are in the midst of a legal battle at most untimely moment.

The day before the death of band member, Adam 'MCA' Yauch, TufAmerica filed a lawsuit against the legendary band in New York's federal court claiming that The Beastie Boys allegedly stole music from the '80s band Trouble Funk for two of their biggest albums.

According to the lawsuit, MCA, Mike D and Ad-Rock illegally sampled the artist's music to use in multiple songs that were featured on their albums "Licensed to Ill" and "Paul's Boutique."

TufAmerica says that the legendary 90's band's hit "The New Style" sampled a drum beat from Trouble Funk's hit "Drop The Bomb." The band continued to accuse the rap phenoms of stealing riffs from two other tracks including "Car Thief" and "Hold It Now Hit It.

Although it's been years since the alleged incident, TufAmerica says they decided to move forward now because they believe The Beastie Boys have been distributing the tracks though e-release and they "never received royalties or payment."

Below are two Beastie Boys songs included in the legal battle.

JUEL SANTANA SAYS 'I CAN'T FEEL MY FACE" WITH LIL WAYNE STILL COMING

In a recent interview, Lil Wayne appeared to suggest that his long-awaited project with Juelz Santana, I Can't Feel My Face, was scrapped. Not so, revealed Juelz in an interview with BET.com.

"Me and Wayne been recording music when it comes to I Can't Feel My Face for about five years," explained Juelz. "We actually have a ton of music that got leaked on the streets. For a couple reasons it didn't come out at one point. The same way that the T-Wayne album...ain't come out."

"Make a long story short: you see the interview with Weezy...He did reach out to me when he came home," added the Dipset member. "He reached out to me like, 'I think we need to capitalize on the album.' At the time, my studio had just gotten raided by the police. It was kind of a real tight situation for me."

Juelz continued, confirming that the collaborative project was still on. "I spoke to Wayne recently. I spoke to him before the interview and right after the interview. We gon' get it. I guess at the time he said he moved on, people were making it seem like he was saying he was never gonna do the album. We spoke about that. We definitely gonna get back into that.

THE GAME DUMPS $1,400 BOTTLE OF BUB... ON THE STREET

Spending $1,400 on a bottle of champagne is crazy enough -- but The Game took it one step further in L.A. last night ... dumping the bottle's insanely overpriced contents all over the sidewalk ... for no reason.

Game was on his way out of Colony nightclub -- holding a gleaming bottle of Ace of Spades champagne -- when he decided to empty it out for the crowd's entertainment ... saying, "You know what I call that? Feeding the roaches."

Good thing, too ... because carrying an open container in public is a ticketable offense in L.A.

JERMAINE DUPRI TAKES SONG REQUESTS ... FOR A COOL $130K

Next time you're at a club in Vegas and Jermaine Dupri is the DJ ... feel free to request a song -- but only if you have $130,000 to blow.

The rapper was spinning at TRYST nightclub at the Wynn Hotel on Saturday ... when some super rich guy -- known as "Su Su" -- dropped $90k on a 15 liter bottle of Ace of Spade Rose Champagne ... plus an extra $40k on other fancy booze.

Sources tell us club honchos were so thrilled about the purchase, they asked Dupri to give Su Su a special VIP shout out.

Dupri not only obliged ... but he was so impressed with the purchase, he LET THE GUY REQUEST A SONG!!  Which -- if you've ever been to Vegas -- never happens.

It gets better ... "Su Su" was so thankful Dupri actually played his tune -- Pitbull's "Give Me Everything" -- he stuffed an additional $3,800 cash in his pocket as a tip!

"Su Su" tells TMZ ... he was "happy" to throw down the cash because he loves Jermaine and thinks he's a "bomb" DJ.

The lesson here ... always make rich people happy.

Bonus: Su Su also got a free hat for his troubles. FREE HAT!!!

PROOF I DIDN'T GROPE THAT MASSEUR - JOHN TRAVOLTA

John Travolta was 2,475 miles from L.A. the day a masseur claims the actor sexually assaulted him at a Beverly Hills hotel -- and TMZ has obtained a photograph which could prove it.

The photo was snapped January 16th in NYC. TMZ has confirmed both the location and date of the photo.

The photo could torpedo the case of John Doe #1, an unidentified male masseur who filed suit against Travolta for allegedly grabbing his penis and scrotum the very same day ... during a massage session at the 90210 hotel.

And there's more ...  a receipt from a meal Travolta ate at Mr. Chow in New York ... also on January 16th (below).

The bill totaled $382 and the tip was $100  -- the kind of generous tip for which Travolta is known. We've confirmed Travolta ate the meal at Mr. Chow.

Another masseur filed suit against Travolta yesterday, claiming the actor tried to grab his penis during a massage session on January 28th in Atlanta. The same lawyer is handling both cases.

Travolta's attorney Marty Singer calls both lawsuits "absurd and ridiculous."

MODENINE AND MUNA IN WAR OF WORDS

Reverred rapper Modenine and beauty-queen-turned-rapper Munachi Abii were locked in a war of words during a rap competition which took place some weeks ago.

Muna, who was the host of the just concluded ‘Nokia Don’t Break the Beat’ rap competition which took place at the GET Arena on Saturday, April 28 was involved in a brief exchange with Modenine who was a head judge after the rapper decided along with the other judges (renowned disc jockey DJ Jimmy JATT and Knighthouse record label boss Rogba Arimoro) that ‘T.K.O’ had won the final rap bout, with the first runner  up being Black Jeez.

Muna sought a different opinion and made it known as she contended the judges’ decision by saying she did not agree with the decision, claiming she had a say in the judgement.

‘I don’t agree with you but, my opinion matters too, you know’, Muna told Modenine.

A clearly pissed off Modenine tried to clear Muna as to what her role as a host should be and how vastly experienced he was a Hip-Hop veteran. ‘I’ve been listening to hip-hop for a long time, trust me, you have to respect my opinion’, the rap veteran told Muna right in front of the crowd.

‘I’ve also been listening to Hip-Hop for a long time, I respect your decision but my opinion matters, please pass the mic men’, Muna rudely replied Modenine right in front of the mammoth crowd.

Speaking with Nigezie right after the show, Modenine said ‘she was very disrespectful but I had to put her in check immediately. I was called here to judge because of my level of experience….It was very wrong for her to just cut me off’.

DJ Jimmy JATT also had something to say ‘…It was wrong what she did. Judges are judges, comperes are comperes’. The veteran DJ disclosed that there were other things Muna was doing wrong on stage but they all decided to overlook it.

Speaking with Modenine this morning, he says Muna is yet to issue an apology to him. ‘It’s been a month plus, I’ve forgotten about all that, I’ve got bigger wars to fight. Cocaine is a hell of a drug, stay away from drugs.

And to if he will be releasing any diss songs soon, he says ‘I’m a lyrical warrior but I don’t kill women or children’.

We could not immediately reach Muna for comments.

Munachi Gail Teresa Abii Nwankwo, 24, won the Most Beautiful Girl in Nigeria pageant in 2007 and then surprised all when she launched her rap career months later.

Modenine is considered as one of Africa’s greatest rappers with over four albums, five mixtapes and numerous awards to his credit.
