Conrad Murray found guilty of involuntary manslaughter in the death of pop star Michael Jackson, will be sentenced on Tuesday.

Remanded into custody immediately after the jury delivered the guilty verdict on November 7, Dr. Murray has been behind bars awaiting his fate. The Jackson family will reportedly be present in court for the sentencing and mom Katherine wants the judge to give Murray the maximum punishment. Murray's mom on the other hand, has reportedly written a letter to Judge Pastor begging for mercy for her son.

The doctor was found guilty of causing Michael Jackson's death by administering a lethal dose of the powerful anesthetic propofol at the singer's mansion on June 25, 2009.
