After Rihanna saw hip-hop star Brown, 22, snogging his model girlfriend Karrueche Tran at a Las Vegas party, she quickly tweeted to him:
“How can you lie to her, while u lay with me???”
Rihanna has upped her tweets to Chris Brown recently.
Rihanna’s friend said: “Despite everything that has happened RiRi has not stopped loving Chris.
“They have been in constant contact for some time and things seemed to be stepping up a gear in recent weeks. Many thought these public declarations of love on Twitter were paving the way for an official reconciliation.
“Seeing him with Karrueche is very hard for her and her emotions appear to have got the better of her this weekend.”
