From the perspective of the music industry the world has lost a very talented individual, when it was announced Whitney Houston, 48 died. But lets retrace some her last days leading up to the announcement.
Houston was seen leaving a LA nightclub and described to be in the worst condition seen in years. Everyone know of her dark pass while in the marriage to Bobby BrownBobby Brown. But whose to say Bobby was the cause of the singers involvement with drugs?
If anyone ever knew of Whitney before meeting and marrying Brown, Houston was troubled with a drug addiction.. The LA Times reported that Houston appeared out of it at Thursday rehearsals for Sunday’s Grammy Awards telecast. The paper said Houston, 48, “appeared disheveled in mismatched clothes and hair that was dripping wet with either sweat or water” when she showed up to offer advice to younger singers Brandy and Monica, who would be performing on the awards show.
Reports were made that stated Houston breath also smelled of liquor and cigarettes at that rehearsal. From the reports it appear Houston was on her way to trouble without anyone interjecting.
The death of Houston shocked us all, but naturally Bobbi Kristina is taking Whitney’s death the hardest. An ambulance was called today to the same hotel where Houston died, this morning for her daughter. Its been reported that Bobbi Kristina was transported from the hotel at 10:26 a.m. local time to Cedars-Sinai Hospital and was "awake and alert" at the time.
In the hours after her mother was discovered not breathing in the bathtub of a Beverly Hilton Hotel room, Bobbi Kristina was reportedly turned away from seeing her and so was cousin, Dionne Warwick.
Bobbi Kristina was very close to her mother; she became her caretaker as the six-time Grammy winner struggled with addiction. Watching since a young child, Bobbi Kristina had to take on the role as the adult in their relationship.
Bobbi Kristina want to be like her mother in many ways. Last May, the National Enquirer published photographs that appeared to show the 18-year-old, Bobbi Kristina snorting cocaine, her father Bobby Brown told ABC News Now, "I don't know anything about that. My daughter, she doesn't, she doesn't do that."
Bobbi Kristina also defended herself on Twitter a day after the photos came out, saying she was "set up" by a money-hungry ex-boyfriend because of "a horrible relationship that went sour."
"It's really not what it looks like," she wrote.
