2011 is coming to a close. And it has been a great year for the entertainment business. Almost every week we got to see a lot of red carpet events like movie premieres and award shows.

But during all those red carpet events, fashion was the main issue. For 2011, there are those who wore the best dresses while there are those who were considered the worst dressed. For 2011, we have the top ten worst dressed artists. The list includes Katy Perry, Abbie Cornish, Anne Hathaway, Elizabeth Olsen, Blake Lively, Zooey Deschanel, Michelle Monaghan, Keira Knightly, Parker Posey and Evan Rachel Wood.
