She’s best known for her sugary-pop songs, but Katy Perry has also become quite the famous sex symbol, as evidenced in her new Adidas commercial.

The “I Kissed a Girl” songstress looks amazing as she hops about in a bright pink and blue workout ensemble and works up a sweat.

And of course, Ms. Perry’s look is flawless, with impeccable makeup and a hairstyle that looks like she’s ready to hit the clubs.

Additionally, tennis star Caroline Wozniacki and DJ Baby G are featured in the commercial, which is the next phase of Adidas’ ad campaign. Back in March, Katy appeared in another spot, as did David Beckham.

KATE PERRY ANNOUNCES RELEASE OF NEXT SINGLE

 The “The One That Got Away” songstress has been busy beefing up her 'Teenage Dream: the Complete Confection, Katy Perry' and the single dropping soon is a song entitled “Part of Me.”

“Confection” will include all 12 tracks that originally appeared on Perry's Teenage Dream album along with three new songs.

It will also feature versions of "E.T" featuring Kanye West and "Last Friday Night (T.G.I.F.)" featuring Missy Elliott, an acoustic version of "The One That Got Away" produced by Jon Brion and a seven-minute mix of the album's six singles.

"This is the complete story of Teenage Dream," the newly singer singer said in a statement. "It was an incredible honor to tie the King of Pop's Billboard Hot 100 record, but I'm moving forward and had a few things left to get off my chest. So this is the complete special edition of my album for my fans."

The album is set for a March 27 release!

SUPER BOWL XLVI: A COMPLETE LOOK AT THE BIG GAME

Making for another memorable night thanks to the National Football League's championship game, Super Bowl XLVI has come to an end with the New York Giants topping the New England Patriots by a score of 21-17 in Indianapolis on Sunday night (February 5).

The festivities were kicked off with country couple Miranda Lambert and Blake Shelton singing "America the Beautiful" while Kelly Clarkson delivered a flawless rendition of the National Anthem.

After a tightly contested first half seeing the Patriots ahead by a score of 10-9, the thousands watching at Lucas Oil Stadium and millions around the world were treated to quartet of hits by Madonna, who was joined throughout the Bridgestone halftime show by LMFAO, Nicki Minaj, M.I.A. and Cee Lo Green.

With plenty of stars in attendance to catch the action, Katy Perry, Nina Dobrev, Nikki Reed, Pia Toscano, Joe Mangianello, Maria Menounos and Anna Faris were among those turning up on the grounds to take in the matchup between the NFL's last two remaining teams.

Going down to the wire, the Giants made a few more key plays than the Patriots while ending up emerging victorious by a final score of 21-17.

KATE PERRY ATTENDS SUPER BOWL XLVI IN FUNKY MISMATCHED OUTFIT!

Katy Perry fans, is attending tonight’s Bridgestone Super Bowl XLVI Pregame Show at the Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Decked out in her red, white and blue ensemble, a bit court jester-ish yet sporty, Katy Perry wore a short fitted T-shirt dress, topped off with a Varsity style jacket with a zigzag edge (the court jester element) and “PERRY” written on the back, accessorizing with red framed glasses and mismatched high-top trainers, one each in red and blue!

Her female friend (or family!) attending the game with her wore the same jacket but with “WOODWARD” written on the back, a blue top and red satin fitted jeans, accessorizing with white-rimmed sunglasses.

The two ladies kidded and palled around as photographers took their shots (thanks!) on the way to their seats.

KATY PERRY HOSTS GIVELOVE CHARITY EVENT IN SIN CITY

Making her first official public appearance since parting ways with ex-husband Russell Brand, Katy Perry played host at the 1 Oak At The Mirage grand opening in Las Vegas on Friday night (January 27).

The newly-single "The One That Got Away" singer rocked a colorful blue coif as she was was joined at the soiree by J. Molinari jewelry designers Markus Molinari and Jason Arasheben, as well as hotel heiress sisters Paris and Nicky Hilton.
Acting as a charity fundraiser for GiveLove.org, proceeds from the event benefit the foundation's efforts "to provide temporary housing solutions and sanitation systems in earthquake-stricken Haiti."

KATE PERRY'S FATHER APOLOGIZES FOR REMARKS ABOUT JEWS

COLUMBUS, Ohio (AP) — A suburban Cleveland church where the father of pop star Katy Perry delivered a sermon that drew accusations of anti-Semitism has released an apology in which he says he regrets his "hurtful and ugly language."

Pastor Paul Endrei of the Church on the Rise in Westlake said Wednesday that Perry's father, the Rev. Keith Hudson, meant to compliment Jewish people's prosperity when he said having money is what it takes to make Jews jealous. Endrei said the visiting

Hudson was blessing businesspeople during the Jan. 5 sermon and "just went too far." "Even though this is wrong and it was not a right comment, he wasn't preaching about Jews, neither was he ranting against Jews," Endrei said, adding that he received only one complaint from among the roughly 300 people who heard the sermon.

He said Hudson had referred to God telling Abraham, considered the father of Judaism, that he was to be blessed. "And then he started talked about being blessed so much that you would make a Jew jealous," Endrei said.

In the apology released this week, Hudson said he is not an anti-Semite."I deeply regret the hurtful and ugly language I used in my message in Ohio," the statement said. The Simon Wiesenthal Center, a Jewish human rights organization based in Los Angeles, earlier in the week denounced Hudson's remarks as anti-Semitic. Endrei said the church would be open to welcoming Hudson back, not immediately but after some time has passed. In his apology, Hudson says that with the help of God, he won't again make such comments.

"We can do lots of harm even to those we love simply by using words irresponsibly.  ... I apologize for the hurt that I caused my Jewish friends," he said.

Katy Perry's agent told The Associated Press the singer does not comment on her personal life.

KATE PERRY'S PARENTS SAY GOD CAUSED DIVORCE TO HELP THEIR CONGREGATION

During worship service this week, Katy Perry’s evangelical parents announced at the pulpit that they believed God caused Katy’s divorce to Russell Brand in order to draw more people to their Westlake, Ohio church.

They recently put up a sign near the church, advertising themselves as “Kate Perry’s Parents”, asking people to join their church.

They apparently have had a dramatic increase in attendance since the divorce.

Lady Gaga's 'Little Monsters' Bully Adele On Twitter

Lady Gaga, photographed leaving the X-Factor studios in London on November 13th, might have to talk to her fans about bullying again. Gaga’s little monsters who we thought followed Gaga’s guidance of peace, love and equality for all have been making tasteless jokes about Adele’s weight after comments were made about which female was the best selling artist in the world. The Daily Mail reports that the little monsters are afraid Gaga will lose to Adele at the Grammy’s and have taken to Twitter and YouTube to poke fun of Adele because of the title, yes it does sound that immature.

The little monsters have been tweeting cruel remarks like, “Confirmed: Gaga will not be wearing her meat dress because she is afraid Adele will eat it.” One Gaga fan made a video about Adele’s weight by changing the lyrics of a Gaga song, “I’m bootyful in my own way because Arby’s makes nooo mistakes, I’ve got the right order, baby, I was born this weight.” That wasn’t even a good mocking lyric. Instead of canceling her tour because of surgery, some Gaga fans have made the comment that the real reason why Adele had to cancel her tour was because she couldn’t sell enough tickets.

It isn’t every fan that is going around making cruel remarks, an executive at Gaga’s record label said, “Lady Gaga does not approve of bullying anyone for their physical appearance, it goes against everything she stands for. A tiny handful of fans may be letting her down.” There have been plenty of past fan feuds with female musicians like Lady Gaga and Katy Perry, Demi and Selena and Britney and Christina, but it gets kind of personal to fans when people start commenting on body image instead of focusing on the talent.
