SIR SHINA PETERS TO TOUR WITH 2FACE, TERRY G, DAVIDO, 20 OTHERS

Veteran Nigerian Afro-Juju singer Sir Shina Peters is embarking on a three-State tour titled the ‘Sir Shina Peters Tour 2012’. The star musician who is enjoying some shine time again, after years of being on the low, is hoping to renew his pact with fans and create a build up for the release of his new CD.

And he’s not alone on the tour – we’re told big names like 2face, Banky W, M.I, Naeto C, 9ice, Davido, Wizkid, Ice Prince and Terry G will join him for concerts scheduled in several Nigerian cities.

Others include Sound Sultan, W4, Sasha, Zeez, Ras Kimono, Lord of Ajasa, Jah Bless, Art Quake, Side One, Rayce and LKT.

And to supply the best of music will be popular disc jockeys DJ Jimmy JATT, DJ Neptune, DJ Humility.

The first set of  concerts will be held in Lagos, Ijebu-Ode and Ibadan. Tour dates are yet to be announced.

Shina Peters over the last year has been the toast of show across the country, performing at the MTN Power of Ten Concert and The Headies. He was also featured on the Hennessy Artistry theme song in 2010.

Sir Shina Peters, one of the living musical legends in Nigeria and his International Stars Band has concluded plans with Ostrich Entertainment, the management consultant to engage and thrill his numerous fans across the country with a grand style national musical explore tagged: SSP TOUR 2012.

The much awaited national musical concert will begin with three cities- Lagos, Ijebu Ode and Ibadan, from Friday 6^th April to Sunday 8^th April 2012, before moving to other cities across the country through the year.

OH NO! NOT AGAIN:BRITISH EMBASSY DENIES TERRY G VISA

These are definitely not the best of times for Gabriel Amanyi popularly known as Terry G as we learnt he’s denied British visa for second time.

According to sources,the inability of Terry G who has visited the United Kingdom once,to be granted a visa is not unconnected with the problems associated with the documents Terry G submitted at the embassy.He is said not to have been able to properly convince the High Commission visa issuing authority that he is just going to United Kingdom to perform at a show and come back without extending his stay or ultimately defecting.

Unfortunately,a popular showbiz promoter,who is believed to be taking Terry G to United Kingdom on the musical tour has already distributed flyers and publicized the show via different social network sites.

A lot of people,most especially Terry G’s fans have already had their hopes raised,only for them to be ultimately informed that their beloved artiste has been denied visa by the British High Commission.

Recall that Terry G was denied a British visa just about a year ago.

Sam Klef dumps bachelorhood?

Samuel Oguachuba aka Sam klef is the music producer behind some of the biggest names in the music industry like Soni Neji, Ruggedman, Durella, Vector, D’Prince, Skales, and Wizkid.

He shot to fame and stardom early in the year when he released his debut single Molowo Noni which features Ice Prince, Whiz kid and D’ Prince. It was a massive hit and Sam was left dizzy with cash but that may just not be the only happy news coming from his quarters.

Tale bearers recently took to the streets with the gist that Sam Clef is dumping bachelorhood for good. According to our source, he is will be heading to the altar in a matter of weeks with the love of his life. The gist zeroed in on Lagos as venue of the event but no one has been able to put a date on the ceremony.

It got even more difficult as all efforts to reach Sam Clef or his manager to confirm or refute the story proved abortive. Our sources however maintains “it is the truth: Because of the tight lipped arrangement behind the traditional wedding ceremony of Free madness crooner ,Terry G a lot of people are willing to give this story a listening ear.

Sam Klef is primarily a producer, but also thrives as a recording artist. He’s responsible for producing several hit singles that’s made the career of countless stars. Durella’s My Life was produced by him and Whiz Kid’s Tease Me which had been recorded during a freestyle session had been mixed and mastered by Sam Klef in exactly 30minutes.

Armed Robbers Attack Terry G In Calabar; Break Bottle On His Head

Singer Gabriel Amayi better known as Terry G was attacked on Sunday, October 9, 2011 in Calabar, we reliably gathered.

Terry had just finished performing at a show in the capital City of Cross River state and was heading out of the event when he was cornered by the armed men. They ripped him off his phone (Blackberry), Jewelry and money, our source informed.

The singer’s manager named Ozone confirmed the incident to us and revealed the Akpako master sustained a minor injury after the robbers broke a bottle on his head. "He was attacked on his way from an event in Calabar on Sunday night. He sustained just a minor injury on his head ‘cos they broke a bottle on his head,” Ozone tells us.

Amayi is been taken care of at an undisclosed hospital in Calabar and due back in Lagos tomorrow Wednesday Oct. 12 2011

Breaking News: Now Muzik And Terry G Part Ways

Popular artiste management outfit Now Muzik has called it quits with hitmaker and singer Terry G. This was made known in a press statement released by the management body.

‘The decision to disengage from the artist stems from the fact that the artiste and the company have been unable to fully synchronize their visions’, Tony ‘Don T’ Anifite, C.O.O at Now Muzik said in the statement.

The company however stated that the relationship between both parties remains cordial.
Now Muzik also manages artistes like 2face Idibia, Timi Dakolo, Kween and T.W.O. among others.
Terry G who signed with Now Muzik back in November 2010 will be separating with the company for the second after a series of on and off dealings
