DMX ACCUSED OF OWING $1 MILLION IN CHILD SUPPORT

DMX has been accused of owing more than $1 million in back child support -- but TMZ has learned, the rapper ain't convinced the woman pointing the finger is really his baby mama.

X's ex, Patricia Trejo, was in L.A. Superior Court Thursday morning, arguing against a motion DMX filed in their ongoing paternity case -- in which the rapper asked the court for permission to perform in Europe.

You see, in paternity cases where significant child support is owed, the owing parent is prohibited from obtaining a passport without a court order -- and X wants a special dispensation.

But Patricia put her foot down in court Thursday -- claiming DMX owed $1 million in unpaid child support, going back to her daughter's birth over ten years ago ... and she was tired of waiting around.

Now here's the twist -- DMX tells TMZ, he hasn't paid because he's not convinced the girl is his ... and wants a DNA test to prove paternity before he starts handing over cash.

LEMAR PLAYS DOWN DEATH RUMOUR, SAYS I'M ALIVE

UK based Nigerian RnB music star, Lemar Obika, who was reported dead at the early hours of today, has debunked such rumour.

According to the singer in a tweet to wash away his death news, "I am alive... Or, if I'm dead and this is what the other side is like then, well, it is a LOT like earth and GUYS, they've got twitter."

In an earlier news, Lemar was rumoured dead while on a personal vacation in Turks and Caicos Islands. He was said to have accidentally hit a boat while skiing on the island.

Lemar came into limelight in mid-2000. One of his popular songs is 50 50.

Meanwhile, some have been calling for the shutdown of the media that started this rumour, especially because of other fake celebrity news it has carried in the past.

WHY DID BOBBY BROWN LEAVE WHITNEY HOUSTON'S FUNERAL EARLY?

Bobby Brown walked out of Whitney Houston’s funeral Saturday just 20 minutes after the service started at the New Hope Baptist Church in Newark, New Jersey. The cause of the R&B singer’s early departure from his ex-wife’s memorial service was not immediately known.

A visible angry Bobby Brown was spotted leaving the church premises with his wife, Alicia Etheridge, and his son, Landon, in tow. The singer later issued a statement to explain the reason behind leaving the funeral service early.

"My children and I were invited to the funeral of my ex-wife Whitney Houston," Bobby Brown said in a statement. "We were seated by security and then subsequently asked to move on three separate occasions. I fail to understand why security treated my family this way and continued to ask us and no one else to move. Security then prevented me from attempting to see my daughter Bobbi Kristina.”

"In light of the events, I gave a kiss to the casket of my ex-wife and departed as I refused to create a scene. My children are completely distraught over the events. This was a day to honor Whitney. I doubt Whitney would have wanted this to occur,” the New Edition singer said, adding: “I will continue to pay my respects to my ex-wife the best way I know how.”

Bobby Brown joined his former mother-in-law Cissy Houston, his 18-year-old daughter with Whitney Houston, Bobbi Kristina, and her cousin Dionne Warwick at the New Hope Baptist Church in her native Newark to commemorate the legendary singer.

But Brown left the service even before filmmaker Tyler Perry and Kevin Costner, Whitney Houston's “The Bodyguard” co-star, took to the pedestal to pay tribute to the deceased pop legend.

A close friend of the Houston family explained the situation to CNN, saying that Brown was expected to attend with two guests but came up with 10 people.

"The family approached Bobby and told him that he could stay in the area reserved for family, but that his guests would need to move to a different section to make room for Cissy and the rest of the family," the family friend said. "Bobby said no. The police told Bobby that he could stay in the area reserved for family, but that his guests needed to move. Bobby said no, and left with all of his guests."

Reports earlier this week suggested Bobby Brown, 43, had been banned from attending the memorial by Houston's family because they blamed him for Whitney Houston’s problems with substance abuse.

Bobby Brown and Whitney Houston, 48, divorced in 2007 after a turbulent 15-year marriage. Houston was found dead in her Beverly Hilton Hotel room last Saturday. A cause of death has yet to be determined.

But later events was to change a lot of things as two other separate women (Pero Adeniyi and Sumbo Ajaba)came into the picture. And before Annie could say 2, both ladies were totting 2face’s babies almost shutting the door in Annie’s face.

According to reports, after being attacked by robbers in his Festac home, Idibia was injured and traumatised.

The romance shifted from Pero to a banker,Sumbo Ajaba,after irreconciliable differences between them.Not quite long after a sizzling romance with Sumbo,2face left her in a dramatic way and since became a single father to his five children from the three mistresses.

2face had earlier said in an interview he granted months back that he has moved on and no longer had any sexual relationship with his three mistresses since he was not legally married to them.

But it came as a surprise to many when news broke some weeks back that 2face is expecting his sixth child from Pero, the mother to two of his children. The big question on everybody's lips then was how come,considering the fact that Tu Face had allegedly told friends that his relationship with Pero has no future for both of them, a story Pero also corroborated in an interview she granted a soft sell magazine.

With his latest move, insiders close to the music sensation revealed that the fates of his two mistresses, Pero Adeniyi and Sumbo Ajaba who both have between them four kids for him, has been sealed.

In a related news,findings revealed that the talented musician left the shores of Nigeria for the United States on Wednesday night in a manner that was shrouded in mystery.

Close source are insinuating that Tuface jets to US to be at the side of his expectant baby mama, Pero Adeniyi, who is due to deliver the musician’s third child any moment from now.

But 2face’s publicist, Bayo Omisore, denied the claim,he said; is gone to America to finish the recording of his new album

CHRIS TUCKER LIENING TOWARDS NEVER PAYING HIS TAXES

Just when it seemed like Chris Tucker's tax debt couldn't get any bigger ... the government has tacked on another half a million dollars to his already outrageous bill ... meaning he's broken the $12 million tax lien barrier. Congrats?

As TMZ first reported, Tucker is in the hole to Uncle Sam for a whopping $11,571,909.26 for federal taxes from 2001, 2002 and 2004 through 2006.

Now it seems the state of Georgia is getting in on the act ... recently filing a tax lien of their own against Tucker for $592,594.82 for the year 2007.

We'll save you the time ... it comes out to a total of $12,164,504.08.

Calls to Tucker's rep were not returned.

WHITNEY HOUSTON FAMILY STRIPS HOTEL ROOM TO THWART LOOTERS

 Don't count on finding a scrap of Whitney Houston death room memorabilia -- sources tell TMZ, the singer's family has meticulously stripped the hotel room where Whitney died to preempt would-be looters.

According to sources, the family has removed nearly everything from room 434 at the Beverly Hilton hotel that hasn't been bolted down -- including bed sheets, towels ... even bits of trash.

We're told the family is concerned about people trying to make a desperate buck off Whitney's death -- raiding the singer's hotel room and trying to sell relics of her passing ... whatever it might be.

It's unclear exactly what happened to the macabre souvenirs, but we're told it was all disposed of ... discreetly.

NATE DOGG SEX TAPE BEING SHOPPED

A 5-minute sex tape featuring the late Nate Dogg and an unidentified female lover has surfaced ... and it's being shopped to various media outlets ... TMZ has learned.

We've seen the tape -- shot several years ago -- and it's pretty much what you'd expect ... a lot of sex ... two different positions ... and a sexy Luther Vandross soundtrack.

Sources tell us ... the person in possession of the tape is currently shopping it around to the usual porn studios. So far, no takers.

VANESSA BRYANT SHOPS FOR NY APARTMENT BYE. BYE, L.A?

Vanessa Bryant and her kids were in New York City over the weekend, looking for a big ol' apartment ... TMZ has learned.

Real estate sources tell us ... Vanessa won't say if she's packing up and moving from California -- but she definitely wants to buy a place in NYC.

It's not exactly a sign that she's reconciling with Kobe Bryant, even though the two were kissing after the Lakers game on Valentine's Day.

Vanessa now owns 3 estates in Newport Beach, after Kobe transferred title to her as part of their divorce -- which has not yet become final.  And, as we first reported, Vanessa will score a total of $75 mil in the settlement.

As for whether Vanessa would move away from California ... we're told she's aware that Lakers fans and Lakers wives don't like her -- at least that's the way she perceives it.

No doubt ... if Vanessa did move, it would royally screw Kobe up.  He still loves her, wants her back, and doesn't want his kids to live across the country.

Our real estate sources say Vanessa made it clear -- Kobe knows she's shopping in the Big Apple.

WHITNEY HOUSTON FUNERAL FANS CREATE MEMOIAL OUTSIDE OF CHURCH

Hours before the funeral of Whitney Houston is set to take place, fans left a slew of balloons in a makeshift memorial outside the New Hope Baptist Church in Newark, NJ.

Around 1,500 invited guests will pay their last respects today -- among them... Kevin Costner, Aretha Franklin, Stevie Wonder, Revs. Jessie Jackson and Al Sharpton.

We'll be live outside the church starting at 10:00 AM ET/7:00 AM PT and then we'll be live inside the church for the service, which is scheduled to start at 12:00 PM ET/9:00 AM PT.

Bobbi Kristina, only daughter of singer Whitney Houston, arrived at Whigham Funeral in Newark and the girl's maternal grandmother Cyssi, is also present,as for US celebrities many of them to attend the service such as Kevin CostnerKevin Costner and Tyler PerryTyler Perry and Houston's mentor, Oprah WinfreyOprah Winfrey, Elton John, BeyonceBeyonce , Bill Cosby and others

The Houston family, which holds a private funeral, however, can be followed live via the Internet and will be broadcast by some television networks chose this church in New Jersey, the home state of the artist, for religious service .

One of the most anticipated speeches to be delivered is Kevin Costner, who was with Houston in his debut on the big screen in 1992 with "The Bodyguard", the film that finally catapulted to stardom thanks in part to a soundtrack whose single "I will always love you", his career changed forever.

The U.S. website TMZ obtained a kind of funeral planning, distributed today by the family, Titled I Will Always Love You - the name of one of the biggest hits of the singer - pictures of Whitney with some of the special people in her life - including her daughter, Bobbi Kristina, her mother and her producer, Clive Davis.

Whitney Houston would be buried on Sunday in Fairview Cemetery in the nearby town of Westfield, where there lies the body of her father John, who died in 2003, according to the ABC television network quoted a police source.

Police deployed a wide operating early, closing streets near the Baptist church, in which gospel choir sang as a child-Whitney, pending the arrival of the body and the guests found reports AFP.
