AT LAST! PAUL OKOYE OF P-SQUARE OPENS UP ABOUT HIS FIANCEE

Paul Okoye of P-Square otherwise known as Rude Boy bared his mind on the woman in his life. My girlfriend name is Anita, she just graduated, she works in an oil company now. I started dating her when I was nobody and today, she has become part of me. She is my best friend and I am not seeing her as my girlfriend because she is more than than.

If it were somebody I met when my career is blooming, I am sure we would have been having problems. But she is somebody who doesn’t bother about who I am. She has this believe of do your own thing and let me do mine.

She is a nice person even though every woman has her fault. She is in fact the best thing and the worst thing. When I say best, she is the best thing that makes me happy but she is also the only thing that makes me sad.Whenever she does something that hurts,it will hurt me the more.If we both have a quarrel, the pain is worse.

Na she dey sweet pass and at the same time,na she dey pain pass.

Nkulee, whose music can be classified as ‘ethno-ragga’ fused with soul and jazz, is no stranger to the music industry; she has been a backing singer and dancer for the late Lebo Mathosa and later Ntando Bangani. She glides and slides with ease in between her songs as she traverses between ragga and ethno-soul as if she was born on stage.

As a guest artiste and backing vocalist, Nkulee has been part of her late father’s performing band ‘One People’. She has performed at major festivals in Australia, Holland, Papua New Guinea, French Guyana, Suriname, to mention but a few. Nkulee has already appeared in a compilation album released by Sillywalks Entertainment in Germany, where her song ‘Give It To Me’ is amongst the world greatest reggae and ragga songs by artistes such as Sizla.

Although Nkulee's song is not much popular in Ghana, information has it that he will be storming Ghana on the 25th of November for a hole-in-heart charity concert in Ghana which is a musical concert designed to help raise funds for children suffering from hole-in-heart condition.

The daughter of the late legendary reggae star, Lucky Dube, who has taken up the father's band since his painful death some few years ago will be the special guest artiste to "The Hole-in-Heart Charity Concert in Ghana". According to Nkulee Dube, coming to Ghana is like coming to continue what her father left uncompleted. Before the death of the reggae star, Lucky Dube had made pronouncement to the effect that he loved Ghana and was supposed to perform in Ghana the very year he died.

Let's all get ready to meet the great daughter of the legend, Lucky Dube.

November 7-13: Heavy D Had Resumed Weight Loss Plan In Last Months

Family, friends, and fans of hip-hop star Heavy D are still in shock over his untimely death Tuesday in front of his Beverly Hills home. As a private funeral and public memorial are being planned in New York next week, more details about his struggles with his weight are coming to light.

While the cause of death has not yet been determined, it is believed to be related to a respiratory issue. According to TMZ, Heavy D, who was 44-years-old and weighed 344 pounds at the time of death had recently resumed a workout regimen. He was also an established actor, appearing on "Law & Order: SVU," "Boston Public," and the new comedy blockbuster "Tower Heist."

One of Heavy's trainers discussed a fitness program with him three months ago at the Ultra Body Fitness gym in West Hollywood, TMZ reports. In 2008, this same trainer, named Tony, helped Heavy D lose 150 pounds. Heavy D was reportedly frequenting a number of local gyms, and doing a variety of exercises including running, hiking, and boxing. Tony described Hev as a hard worker, recalling times when he worked out nearly every day.

Heavy also experienced another significant weight loss in 2002. Then, he lost 135 pounds, an accomplishment motivated by his desire to secure more acting work. In a 2003 interview with the Television Critics Association, Heavy recalled advice from a director. "I went on a couple auditions, and one director was kind enough to say, 'Look, you would've had this part but you're not fitting, you're stifling yourself," Heavy told TCA. "He was right. I kind of always knew it in the back of my mind, and I just woke up on a Tuesday and I just kept going."

Heavy D will indeed be missed. Ironically, he released his last album, 'Love Opus," in September, and left the simple yet poignant message "BE INSPIRED!" on his Twitter page the day before he died.
