400L LASU STUDENT, CHINYERE EZEALA, FOUND DEAD IN LOVER's HOUSE IN EJIGBO
A final year student of the Lagos State University, Ojo, Chinyere Ezeala, 27, has been found dead in her lover’s room at Ejigbo, Lagos, southwest Nigeria after a marathon sex.
The police at Ejigbo alleged that the 400-Level student was found dead on Friday on her lover’s bed at 36, Fayemi Street, Ejigbo, Lagos. She was found wearing a wrapper.
Her boyfriend, Ifeanyi Sunday, who works at the Apapa wharf allegedly reported her death to the police the following morning and was arrested.
Police sources at the station confirmed that the corpse had been taken to the Isolo General Hospital for autopsy.
“We cannot for now ascertain the cause of death. Until the autopsy report is out, nobody can say categorically what killed her. We have just arrested her boyfriend and investigation is going on. We cannot rely on what people are saying about the cause of death. It is only the autopsy report that can disclose the cause of death,” the investigating police officer told P.M.NEWS when asked to comment on the insinuations that she died during a marathon sex with her boyfriend.
The family of the deceased are, however, insisting that Ifeanyi must marry the deceased according to Igbo tradition and perform the necessary rites. They claimed that she died while he was having sex with her. They also accused the suspect of sleeping with her without paying her bride price to the family.
“He should marry her now that she is dead as tradition demands,” a man who identified himself as an uncle to the deceased told the police.
P.M.NEWS gathered at the residence of the suspect that the late Chinyere was a regular visitor to Ifeanyi’s home every weekend to spend days before leaving for school.
On the day of the incident, a neighbour who identified herself as Rose told P.M.NEWS that the late Chinyere visited and slept with Ifeanyi and was found dead the next day. “Ifeanyi went to the police station and reported what happened. He was arrested and brought to the house. The body was later taken to the hospital by the policemen,” she explained. When P M NEWS visited Ejigbo Police Station, the divisional police officer, DPO, CSP Benjamin Olanrewaju Adeola was not around to comment on the incident but sources at the station confirmed it.

MC HAMMER SUED BY THE GOVERNMENT FOR $779,585 IN BACK TEXAS
Hammer finds himself in another financial pickle after failing to fork over some of the money still owed from his 1996 bankruptcy.
More than a decade after filing for bankruptcy, MC Hammer reportedly now owes the U.S. government $779,585 in back taxes and is being sued to recoup losses.
According to TMZ, Hammer mostly owes back taxes from his “most financially troubled years” - 1996 and 1997. The government demands that any concert earnings that Hammer makes must be automatically diverted to them.
Hammer, whose real name is Stanley Burrell, originally filed for bankruptcy in April 1996 after accruing $13 million in debt. He sold his mansion for a significantly slashed price and admitted to using up most of his $20 million fortune in 1997.

TOP TOURS OF 2011
The past several years record companies have been crying poor as they believe that the reason for a drop in record sales is due to pirating. But record sales never have been the major source of income for the artists – it’s the touring that makes the “real” money.
Last year was a rather lack luster year for many musicians, with only a few of the top artists selling out their concerts. But 2011 appears to have been a rebounding and record setting year for concert tours.
Each year Billboard magazine compiles a list of the top selling tours according to the gross earnings (before expenses are paid) for 2011. The list is compiled for concerts between November 1, 2010 and November 8, 2011.

NADIA BUHARI DENIES DATING D'BANJ
"There's absolutely nothing going on between D'Banj and I," the Ghanaian actress told reporters in a chat last week. "I have no idea where that rumour started from. A lot of things have been written about me over the years that are not true, and this is one of them."
I like the way D'Banj doesn't bother denying dating all these women linked to him...badt man! lol.

TONTO DIKE AND HALIMA ABUBAKAR END 2-YEAR RIFT
Tonto Dike and Halima Abubakar are two talented actresses in Nollywood.
The two of them were best of friends until 2 years ago when they fell apart, and won’t see eye to eye again.
As a matter of fact, they would do anything to avoid each other and crossing each other’s path.It was that bad.
However, before then, they stayed together in the same apartment,a development that fuelled speculations that they were lesbian partners and that they were just staying together under the pretence of being professional colleagues, while actually engaging in lesbianism.
During those good times,it was widely rumoured that Halima was also using Tonto’s cars all over town. All those and many more about their friendship called for suspicion, and subsequently made headlines at the time.
However, it was to the surprise of many who knew how close Tonto and Halima were 2 years after they fell apart, avoiding each other like a leper.
No one was able to point a finger to what could have led to the fight between them any way. They both kept mute all through but the evidence of the bad blood between these two actresses got to the extent that they didn’t want to be featured in the same movie. If any of them was cast in a film, the other would avoid being part of the same movie,no matter the money offered or who the producer or director was.
This was surprising to many of their collegues and even their fans and admirers because they did practically everything together back then. They attended events together, always in company of each other and all that.
But the lastest news about the cat and mouse relationship between Kogi State-born Halima and Rivers State born Tonto is that they have ended their 2 year rift and this is authentic.
The “No More War” scenario played itself out at the recent movie location of a new movie “Queen Sheba”.
The movie features the likes of Halima,Tonto,Oge Okoye,Jibola Dabo and a host of others.
At the location Halima reportedly went to where Tonto was and warmly embraced and even exchanged some pleasantries with her. This we gathered took many who witnessed it by surprise, what she did.
Halima we gathered also twitted on a social network, letting the world know that she is on set with stars including Poko,Tonto’s nick name. That she wouldn’t have mentioned when they were not in talking terms.
That also generated a lot of stories,as many of her fans were hailing her and praying for her.

LADY GAGA RIDES IN ON A CONIFER FOREST BIKE
Singer Lady GagaLady Gaga was in rare form as she performed onstage during Z100's Jingle Ball 2011, presented by Aeropostale at Madison Square Garden on December 9, 2011 in New York City.
In true Christmas spirit, the Queen of Pop rode in on what looked like a conifer forest motorbike, dressed to the nines in biker chic attire, including spiked black boots and leather mits!
Among her costume changes, Lady Gaga donned loose white scrubs along with her extras for her Marry the Night routine, wearing what looked like a fuzzy pale green halo on her long blond tresses.
Mother Monster’s 40-minute routine included her current hits from album Born This Way, including The Edge Of Glory, Judas, a half-piano version of the title track, which became Billboard's 1,000th Number 1 hit in February, and scrubs-clad Marry The Night finale that paid tribute to her recently released 14-minute music video, which Gaga says broke all sorts of YouTube records.
Lady Gaga also sang hits Bad Romance, Telephone, Poker Face and her take on White Christmas from her Very Gaga Thanksgiving Special in which the diva also added "This song's too short…Just when I get into it, it stops. It's like a really bad orgasm." Ooops! Knowing that she had made an R-rated joke at a G-rated show, Gaga then added, "Merry Christmas, New York!"
Enjoy the slide show I’ve put together of Lady Gaga at the Z100 Jingle Ball 2011 in NYC and thanks as always for visiting…

THE SAFEST CARS OF 2011
"Here, the models on the market with best price-prevention systems and economic vulnerability. A listing must."
Experimentation Center and Road Safety (CESVI) elected for the fifth consecutive year the safest car of the year, and its various segments: City Car, Small, Medium, Medium-Large, Large and SUV.
Only these cars had qualified to compete with those with dual front airbags, Antilock Brake System (ABS) and headrests on all seats. In addition we evaluated the input versions are the most accessible and yet the most devoid of elements of prevention.
When evaluating also analyzed more than 150 items and factors depending on the security provided by the car to its occupants, with the main criterion to assess the price-security. This is expressed as a ratio of the Security Index, an indicator that analysts provide security based on passive, active and vehicle structural behavior, taking into account the market price of the model.
Style Cars interviewed Fabian Pons, general manager of CESVI Argentina, who gave an overview of the level of our country: "In vehicles of Argentina and Mercosur, it is paramount that the cars possess a system of airbags and ABS. Today is very small the amount they have other technology, such as stability control. Globally, the system is working with Aboild and Colission (indicating shock), and obviously far away in the Latin American market. "
Only by 2014 will be mandatory that all cars have dual airbags and ABS, two indispensable items. Pons added a data regarding compliance with the law: "Necessarily, in 2013, 60% of production sold in our country is going to have to have dual airbags and ABS."
This view coincides with a recent report by the Latin NCAP, an international organization that stressed the need to add security measures on the units sold in the Mercosur.
