Beanie Sigel Admits To Tax Evasion, Faces Jail Time

The Broad Street Bully cops to failing to file his taxes, and now possibly faces jail time as a result. It looks like the Broad Street Bully Beanie Sigel may be heading back to prison sometime soon. Like Ja Rule before him, Beans recently admitted guilt to failing to file his taxes between the years 2003 and 2005.

According to a recent report from ABC News, the State Property and former Roc-a-Fella rapper admitted to not filing his taxes during the two year period. Although his lawyer contests the amount of money owed, the prosecution says that Beans owes $350,000 out of a reportedly $1 million income that went undeclared.
The punishment Beanie Sigel faces with this latest legal mishap could be quite severe. If convicted at his November 18 hearing, he could face up to three years in prison.

This isn't the first time that Beans has had trouble with the law. In 2004, Beans was sentenced to prison for possession of a gun and drugs. He was also sent back to prison in 2008 for violating his parole terms three times, and also currently faces a lawsuit stemming from a shooting incident outside Philadelphia's Power 99.
