The $6 million, 10,000-sq.-ft. waterfront home on Lake Apopka, near Orlando, "Rush Hour" star and comedian Chris Tucker bought in 2007 was in foreclosure with $4.4 million owed to the bank, CNN said.
According to court documents, there was an $11 million Internal Revenue Service lien on the property in order to collect federal taxes from Tucker. The residence contained five bedrooms, three fireplaces, a personal spa, an outdoor kitchen overlooking a pool, and a basement outfitted to resemble a pirate ship, including the sail.
There has been no comment from Tucker but the Times Union of Albany, New York, reported he has cancelled his re-scheduled performance in the city because of ‘unforeseen circumstances.’
