Joining in on the Women in the World Summit festivities, Jessica Alba was in attendance for the 3rd annual Diane Von Furstenberg awards in New York City on Friday night (March 9).
Held at the United Nations, the 30-year-old actress was among the celebrity presenters at the event which honors five women who "have demonstrated leadership, strength and courage in their respective fields."
With the DVF Award recipients being doted with $50,000 in support of their organization, this year's crop of deserving ladies included Inspiration Award winner Jaycee Dugard and People's Voice Award recipient Layli Miller-Muro, who was selected through a public vote for her work on behalf of Tahirih Justice Center.
Meanwhile, Oprah Winfrey was presented with the Lifetime Leadership Award, with Diane Von Furstenberg saying of the five selections, "It is with great pride that we honor these remarkable women with an award of recognition and support."
"Each winner has shown unparalleled courage and leadership, inspiring women all over the world," Diane added.
