The “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” cutie looked to be in a good mood as she smiled for the paparazzi, sporting a low-cut v-neck top and form-fitting leggings with sandals.
As for Kim’s ex-husband Kris Humphries, it looks like he’s gearing up to attack the whole Kardashian family with accusations of fraud.
Humphries and his lawyers claim that Kim’s ‘irreconcilable differences’ claim for their divorce is bogus, and that she was faking the whole thing, marriage and all.
Kris says that the Kardashians are trying to make it look like Kim was unhappy during the union by shooting scenes for their reality show after the actual events took place.
Additionally, Humphries wants the divorce proceedings to be public to shed some light on Kim and her family’s true character. And of course Kim wants nothing to do with it.
An insider told press, "A public trial is the last thing that Kim wants, and she has instructed her lawyer to formally petition the court so that the divorce can be heard by a mediator. She wants the mediation to be private, confidential, and legally binding. ... Kim just wants this over and done with."
