Sources tell us ... Kim estimates the total cash value of the all the gifts to be around $100k, but she's cut a check for twice that amount to the Dream Foundation.

Bottom line -- the Dream Foundation gets a lot of cash, and Kim can still make a mean margarita.

KIM KARDASHIAN JETS OFF AS KRIS HUMPHRIES CAUSES TROUBLE

Maintaining her breakneck schedule, Kim Kardashian was spotted arriving for a flight out of LAX International Airport early thursday morning (February 9).

Kris says that the Kardashians are trying to make it look like Kim was unhappy during the union by shooting scenes for their reality show after the actual events took place.

Additionally, Humphries wants the divorce proceedings to be public to shed some light on Kim and her family’s true character. And of course Kim wants nothing to do with it.

An insider told press, "A public trial is the last thing that Kim wants, and she has instructed her lawyer to formally petition the court so that the divorce can be heard by a mediator. She wants the mediation to be private, confidential, and legally binding. ... Kim just wants this over and done with."

KIM KARDASHIAN DIVORCE TURNS UGLY REALITY TV ON TRIAL

The Kim Kardashian, Kris Humphries divorce has become a bitter fight, and we've learned Kris' lawyer intends to put reality TV on trial ... but that could blow up in his face.

Sources tell us ... Kris and his lawyer, Lee Hutton, want to "expose the M.O. of reality TV" by proving Kim had no intention of staying married to him, but just wanted big ratings for her reality show.

And another big point in Kim's favor... We've learned the prenup is extremely long and complicated ... accounting for what would happen years into the future.  Why would she go through the time and trouble of having a long prenup if she planned on pulling the plug on the marriage within a few months?

KIM KARDASHIAN's HUSBAND SEEKS ANNULMENT

NBA player Kris Humphries has filed in a request, asking a judge to annul his 10-week, highly publicized marriage to Kim Kardashian stating that it was ‘fraudulent’.

The follows Kim K’s October 31 divorce filing after the celebrity model cited irreconcilable differences between herself and Humphries.

Humphries’ request however does not furnish any proof to support his argument that the marriage was a fraud. A judge would have to establish a case and decide if it’s true for the marriage to be completely annulled.

Both Kardashian and Humphries are asking a judge to prevent either side from receiving spousal support but Kardashian wants her husband to pay his own attorney’s fees.

The couple had tied knot on August 20, 2011 in Montecito, California in an elaborate wedding that cost about $20M (Twenty Million Dollars).

Kim, 31, had apologized to her fans saying ‘she ‘never meant to hurt anyone’ by ending her 72-day old marriage.

Humphries and Kim had both suffered failed marriages before meeting in October 2010.

But in less than 3 months, the marriage is said to have packed up. Just yesterday Kim was on an Australian morning news show “Sunrise” when the host asked how hard she worked to save the 72 day union. Kim said she was just following her heart … and “there’s no right or wrong,” (whatever that means.)

People can’t stop wondering what must have happened in Kim’s life to make her such a shameless attention seeker, but it must have been pretty serious. It’s almost as if Kim thinks she would cease from existing if she wasn’t in the public spotlight for every minute of every day.

Have you seen her Twitter account? She literally tweets every couple hours and no less than eight or 10 times per day. That is serious dedication to the public. This kind of sick desperation just doesn’t jive with marriage and (theoretically) kids.

It’s not like a woman has to disappear from public life after she’s married, but spending a night home with the hubby on occasion is probably expected.

Perhaps sex without a video camera for future Internet dissemination would be nice. But that’s just not who Kim is. Kim is a woman who needs an entire camera crew involved every time she goes to the bathroom or buys groceries.

The date of separation is listed as Oct. 31, 2011. Superstar lawyer Laura Wasser is handling the split. This divorce is the end of a super-tumultuous marriage. Just this weekend, Kim had two big solo appearances in New York City, where she looked sad and annoyed. That was telling that Kim will no longer remain with Kris.

Kris said that he is devastated to get filed for divorce as he love his wife very much. He said he is ready to contribute anything to make it run again. This shows that Humphries isn't ready to give up.

The court statement shows that Kardashian has asked the court to confirm that jewelry and other personal items, as well as earnings before and during the marriage, be considered separate property. Kim is one of the highest-paid reality stars on television with 2010 earnings estimated at $6 million from her TV show, clothing line, perfume, jewelry and tanning cream and other product endorsements and appearances.

The couple made the most of their time by relaxing, swimming in the pool and enjoying each other's company, while in the picturesque region. Catching up on alone time, the two dined on al fresco meals by the pool, partook in sunset strolls and cuddled up to one another on the beautiful beaches.

Kim wore an array of swimsuits, one even emblazoned with "Mrs. Humphries" in rhinestones, while Kris stayed comfortable in his boardshorts throughout their stay.

Although the honeymoon was only a week long, the happy couple seemed elated to be able to relax and get comfortable.
