The 31-year-old was spotted re-energizing with a bite to eat at the popular Nate 'n Al of Beverly Hills Delicatessen before dashing out the door and down the street to the salon for a mani/pedi treatment.
The day's errands come as Kim recently opened up to Allure for their March 2012 issue, in which she spoke about how she'd totally change her wedding day if she were to tie the knot once again.
Miss Kardashian dished, "When I saw Khloe and Lamar get married — and they had their wedding on TV — I thought, 'Oh, my gosh, that’s so exciting! That’s what I want!'"
"If you were to ask me now, that’s not what I want,” the brunette beauty added. “I would just want it to be so special, with our family and close friends, and that’s it. Somewhere on a deserted island, very private. No cameras."
